"Plump and on the sweet side, with golden raisin, date, pear eau-de-vie and peach melba notes, backed by a light twinge of bitter almond that keeps this honest. Drink now. 87,000 cases made. –JM" (WS)

"The NV Dry Sack Medium is produced with Palomino and some Pedro Ximénez grapes, but with care not to mark the wine with a lot of PX character. It's bottled with an average age of seven years and 29 grams of residual sugar. This is one of the better-known brands, and it has an Oloroso character but it's still quite elegant, not too sweet, with just a touch that would make it quite approachable as an aperitif, with cheese and even as part of cocktails." (WA)

Winery Notes:
Dry sack medium dry is bright amber in color with a deep yet delicate nutty bouquet. It's a wine for all occasions, a perfect partner before or after meals. Serve chilled or on the rocks.
