"Lovely aromas of strawberry blossom and pippin apple are buoyed by snappy spice and yeasty bread flavors that glide on the long finish. Drink now. 175,000 cases made. -Tim Fish " (WS)

"Nominally yeasty and suggestive of fresh-baked bread rather than overtly toasty in tone and filled out by a lightly lemony bit of fruit, this straightforward, cleanly made effort begins with a full and frothy mousse that, just like its fruit, tends to dissipate a little too quickly, and it pulls up a touch short with an edge of finishing chalkiness in its wake. Reviewed: December 2019" (CG)

"Made from both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this value-driven, larger production offering is light and lean, with understated acidity. It delivers flavor and texture within a rich rounded palate of approachable pear and vanilla-biscuit flavor. -Virginie Boone" (WE)

Winery Notes:
A charming pale salmon color introduces this wine, and follows with a bouquet of ripe Pinot Noir fruit. Part of the wine is initially fermented in the press, producing a soft fruity character that gives Blanc de Noirs its directness, while a small percentage of Chardonnay gives the wine power and structure.
