"Poached pear, candied lemon zest and biscuit notes ride the lacy mousse of this well-cut, aperitif-style Champagne. Hints of honey and spice linger on the finish. Disgorged May 2016. Drink now. 1,500 cases made, 250 cases imported. -AN" (WS)

"A style that has a lot of appeal and attractive, fresh peaches and lemons with some gently bready complexity, too. The palate has a smooth, fleshy and attractively smooth core with a wealth of succulent, fleshy and vinous resolve. Drink now." (JS)

"Note:
70% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay, disgorged May 2017, dosage 1.6 g/L

Tasting note:
A discreet if mildly fruity nose consists of citrus, white peach, yeast and a whiff of brioche. The juicy and attractively vibrant middle weight flavors are shaped by a moderately firm if not especially fine mousse, all wrapped in very dry and crisp finish that offers reasonably good depth and persistence. This is appealing in its fashion even if it is less distinguished than its two stable mates." (BH)
