"Flavors of poached pear, candied lemon zest and biscuit, with a rich hint of roasted almond, ride the lively bead of this crisp, minerally Champagne. Drink now through 2018. 15,000 cases imported. -AN " (WS)

"(60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier; 6 g/l dosage; L0631412993): Bright straw. Lively citrus fruit and floral aromas are complicated by smoky minerals and agave. On the palate, intense lemon and green apple flavors show a slightly dry, edgy quality on the back half. Clean and nervy, but I'd have liked more flesh on these bones." (VM)

"Leading with a nicely autolyzed nose of cream and sweet lemons, Mumm's Cordon Rouge sports a frothy, mouthfilling mousse and ups the ante in richness over many of its non-vintaged Brut cousins. It successes are tempered by the slight bitterness that crops up in its mineral-tinged finish, but it is a Champagne that is sure to work well at the table. Reviewed: December 2014"(CG)

"This has a nice thread of mineral on the nose with some flinty citrus, lightly grilled nuts and dried white flowers. The palate's crisp to start out, and tastes of apples and green pears. The acid holds it even and gives gentle cut to the smooth, balanced fruit presence. Drink now." (JS)

"Mumm's nonvintage cuvée is a soft Champagne, although now drier than in the past with attractive apple and pear flavors that are cut by citrus. It is lightly textured, hinting at almonds and with perfumed acidity at the end. This bottling is ready to drink." (WE)
