"Vines that are more than a century old supply the fruit for this hugely drinkable Cabernet Sauvignon, which contains 15% of other grapes in a field blend. Rich, scented and lightly oaked, it has some aromatic spices and smooth pastille fruit. 2020-28" (TA)

Winery Notes:
Primarily from our San Carlos Vineyard near Cunaco in the Colchagua Valley.

Tasting Notes:
Purplish cherry-red in color with pronounced aromas of fresh red fruits, berries, blackcurrants, red currants, and a slightly spicy note characteristic of a cold vintage. The palate is vibrant and tense, but also has a smooth, gentle texture that leads to a delicate lingering finish.

Food Pairing:
A great alternative for grilled meat like skirt steak or pork loin, or beef stew. Aged cheeses and spicy sausages, or baked and seasoned vegetables. Service temperature of 16–18ºC. Cellar up to 5 years.
