"A lively, light-bodied white, with stone and citrus zest accents underscoring pear and slivered almond notes. Tangy. Drink now. 13,000 cases made. -AN " (WS)

"The 2016 Fiano di Avellino is a dry and delicious white wine with drying mineral tones that come up behind citrus, pear and honeydew melon. The finish is lean and crisp, but make no mistake, this wine leaves the palate absolutely refreshed." (WA)

"This is extremely minerally with lots of lemon rind and spiced apple character and some green payaya. Full body, plenty of flavor and an intense finish. Fantastic Fiano this year. Drink now." (JS)

Winery Notes:
Medium gold with subtle notes of mature fruit and flowers with hints of pear, apricot, citrus fruits, toasted hazelnuts, acacia, hawthorn and honey. It is persistent and aromatic and will reward a few years’ cellaring. Ideal as an aperitif with oysters, seafood salad, shellfish and haute cuisine fish dishes.
