Bright aromas of fresh citrus and tropical flavors of grapefruit, guava and passion fruit

Winery Notes:
Napa Valley's complex and varied soil types are the result of volcanic activity, ocean incursions and mountain water run-off that have occurred over millennia. Our Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards that are blessed with the ideal soil and weather conditions to create delicious fruit with concentrated flavors, ideally balanced acidity and bright aromas. Cold, stainless steel fermentation, preserves the varietal's naturally crisp, citrus characteristics.

Winemakers across Napa Valley reported another stellar harvest for 2016. Bud break began early due to a warm spring, as the summer season saw moderate daytime temperatures and cool evenings. Harvest began in mid-August with our Sauvignon Blanc being one of our first picked varietals. October then saw heavy rains which put a swift end to a successful harvest. Our winemaking team is pleased to present a delightfully crisp and refreshing 2016 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine can be enjoyed as a delightful aperitif or as an accompaniment to mahi-mahi tacos, roasted almonds, kale and apple salad, or your favorite rotisserie chicken.
