"Intense and savory, with a mix of cedary oak, dried red and dark berry flavors and sage and underbrush notes. Drink now through 2024. 200 cases made. -JL" (WS)

"Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2016 Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard opens with fragrant kirsch, raspberry pie and rose hip tea notes with underlying black pepper and mossy bark hints. Medium-bodied, firmly textured and with lovely freshness, it offers delicate red berry and savory layers with an herbal lift to the finish." (WA)

"Albeit a bit pushy in its ripeness, this ample, yet solidly fruity Pinot Noir does not quite step over the line into excess, and, if fairly obvious, it is also very rich. It is moderately full-bodied and built along firmer lines than its riper bias might predict, and, while its extreme youth is made manifest in its slightly astringent finish, its fruit stays the course without losing a step. We advise waiting for at least two or three years here. Reviewed: February 2018" (CG)

"The 2016 Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard was also completely destemmed and brought up in 15% new French oak. It's slightly deeper in color than the Rosella’s Vineyard and offers vibrant notes of black cherries, plums, spice and that classic minerality and earthiness that's always present in wines from this vineyard. Medium-bodied, balanced and lively on the palate, with good acidity, it's another rock-solid Pinot Noir to drink over the coming 4-5 years." (JD)

Winery Notes:
Amazing sweet fruit and Christmas spice notes that makes Gary’s Vineyard so identifiable. Big bright, super deep, and plush – with a hint of minerality to add intrigue, A wine that jumps out of the glass screaming “DRINK ME, LOVE ME”! If you’re a Garys’ Vineyard fan, this one is going to rock your world.
