"The plump, medium-bodied 2016 Cotes du Rhone Le Reveur shows a creamy texture and silky finish to go along with black cherry and blackberry fruit. It should drink well for several years." (WA)

Winery Notes:
Guillaume Gonnet’s “Le Rêveur ” is distinguished by its charming carmine color. On the palate, juicy red berry fruit flavors emerge and are supported by savory spices and pepper notes. The wine is vinified in stainless steel.

According to local archives, the Gonnet family has been settled in Bédarrides since 1600. The domain’s holdings are made up of several vineyards, most of which are named after local landmarks, including Font de Michelle, La Crau, and La Pierre Plantée. Etienne Gonnet created Font de Michelle in 1950. Following in his footsteps, the domain is now managed by Etienne’s grandchildren, Bertrand and Guillaume Gonnet, the creator of these signature cuvées and labels.
