"Bright and tangy, with lemon-lime and fresh grass flavors. Drink now. 82,500 cases made. –TF " (WS)

"Pale yellow. Ripe grapefruit, pear and peach on the inviting nose, with complicating notes of honeysuckle, ginger and orange blossom. Juicy, tangy Sauvignon Blanc with lovely definition and acidity to its brisk grapefruit and lemon peel flavors. This lightly saline wine is firm but not at all hard-edged, finishing adamantly dry and persistent, with lurking richness and lingering ginger and quinine notes. An excellent vintage for this bottling." (VM)

"Light aromas of herb, grass, papaya and kiwi lead to tart, spritely tropical-fruit flavors heightened by grapefruit accents. There's no mistaking the variety and it's appealing, with a drawn-out finish." (WE)

Winery Notes:
This Sauvignon Blanc from our Horse Heaven Vineyard is a crisp, racy style of Sauvignon Blanc with citrus characteristics. We use partial stainless steel fermentation to preserve the Sauvignon Blanc’s pure, fresh, vibrant character.
