"Light brilliant pink. Incisive, mineral-accented citrus fruit and red berry scents, along with a suave floral nuance. Silky and sharply focused on the palate, showing juicy strawberry, orange zest and mineral qualities and a deeper suggestion of peach pit. Packs a lot of flavor but comes off lithe. The mineral and floral elements carry through a very long, precise, seamless finish." (VM)

Winery Notes:
Ameztoi Txakolina is one of the top producers of Getariako Txakolina. They own 20 hectares of vines in the best location. From the vineyards one can see the town of St. Sebastian and understand the influence of the Atlantic Ocean on local viticulture.

Ignacio Ameztoi constitutes the seventh generation to carry on the tradition of making Txakolina in the province of Getaria. Made from the indigenous grape varieties of Hondarribi Zuri and its red companion Hondarribi Beltza. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and bottled with residual carbonic acid that gives the wine its natural spritz.

The pink sibling of Ameztoi’s flagship white, this vibrant rosé is made from a mix of red and white indigenous grapes and is bottled with a little residual carbon to give it a light spritz.

Tasting Notes:
Candied red fruits combine with a lime infused edge makes this a wildly intriguing rosé.
