“The 2013 All In Claret is a complex blend from an amazing vintage. The 2013 vintage brought about concentrated plush tannins with aromas and flavors of blackberry and cherry paired with anise and a bit of thyme. The barrel aging softened the tannins and created a richer texture while adding notes of a sweet oak toast and nice hints of vanilla. The wine can be enjoyed now, but will age gracefully over the next 8-10 years.”

This is a great wine to pair with a beautifully seared Filet Mignon. This tender cut will balance the wines soft tannins and wonderful evening.
