"A finely knit Champagne that swathes the palate in a raw silk–like texture and flavors of slivered almond, poached apricot and lemon sorbet, while a subtle, tangy hint of saline lingers on the racy finish. Elegant. Disgorged January 2018. Drink now through 2027. 40 cases imported. -AN" (WS)

"Light golden color. A ripe and intensely yeasty nose is comprised mostly by notes of baked bread, poached pear, petrol and a whiff of Meyer lemon. The moderately rich and slightly rustic medium-bodied flavors are supported by a firm but not especially fine effervescence before terminating in a quinine and citrus zest finale. As my note makes plain, this is not an elegant Champagne but it does already offer fine complexity." (BH)
