"This sleek red offers cherry, licorice, mineral and smoke flavors that mingle harmoniously over light, firm tannins, driven by lively acidity through the savory finish. Discreet, but shows depth and intensity. Drink now through 2025. 600 cases imported.–TM " (WS)

"Bright ruby-red. Sexy, oak-spiced cherry and dark berries on the nose, along with hints of vanilla and woodsmoke. Sappy and focused on the palate, offering concentrated cherry, cassis and rose pastille flavors that become deeper and sweeter on the back half. Concentrated yet lively, finishing with impressive, fruit-driven tenacity and supple framing tannins." (VM)

"An intense and ripe nose of black cherries, strawberries and plums with hints of soft spices. Full body, concentrated and juicy tannins and a refreshing, fruity finish. Delicious. Drink now." (JS)

"Aromas of road tar and gritty black fruits come around but remain earthy. A chunky, slightly heavy palate is home to spicy, peppery plum and tomato flavors. The finish is lasting, snappy and drawing due to firm tannins and red-fruit acidity. Drink through 2022." (WE)

Winery Notes:
Aging in cask 18 moths and aging in bottle 24 moths before going to market. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of grapes from our vineyards in La Rioja Alta. The malolactic fermentation takes place in escrow and then the wine is aged in American oak barrels for a year, during which it acquires aromatic balance that characterizes him, as his finesse and overall expression.

Bright cherry colour with some violet nuances. In the nose, red berries aromas remain over the oaky and balsamic notes from its ageing in wood. It shows an elegance in the mouth, yet very lively, with some spice back notes and a very balanced acidity.
