"Delicate and maturing beautifully, with rose petal, strawberry, roasted nut and brioche flavors that sail on the elegant finish. Drink now. 480 cases made. -TF" (WS)

"Pale salmon-pink, the 2011 L'Ermitage Brut Rosé opens with notes of toast, cantaloupe, red berries and citrus peel with accents of mushroom and a touch of iodine. The palate is medium-bodied with elegant, toasty fruits, finely beaded mousse and a long finish that’s juicy enough to call you in for another sip. This was disgorged in March of 2017 and made with about eight grams per liter dosage." (WA)

"Though not without a well-defined fruity presence, this is a Rosé that focuses first and last on the autolyzed complexities of beautifully managed champenization and is a wine that conveys great depth and nuance at one and the same time. It is quite firm in balance and more tightly structured than the majority of its pink mates, but that is not to say that it is anything other than striking right now. Not every bubbly needs to be drunk up on release, and we are convinced that this one will reward a wait and continue to evolve in the bottle for years to come. Reviewed: December 2018" (CG)

"Complex and mouthfilling, this luxurious, well-aged bubbly offers abundant raspberry, ginger and baking-spice flavors, a soft expansive mousse and touch of sweetness that rounds off the finish. Made from half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir, a 3.7% portion of reserve wine was blended in. -Jim Gordon" (WE)
