"This property has been on a qualitative hot streak for a number of years and their 2010 appears to be the richest as well as most tannic wine they have ever produced. A big, full-bodied, fleshy effort, it exhibits abundant black cherry and black currant fruit interwoven with a dusty loamy soil/sandy note in the background. A much larger wine than I have tasted in the past, it will be fascinating to follow the evolution of this 2010 (as well as Rouget’s 2009) given the intensity, power and richness. It should drink well for 12-18 years." (WA)

"A solid core of fruit here, that is tight and dense. You have to look below the surface and find its true quality. Impressive structure and style.$$" (JS)
