"The 2009 Chardonnay is a bit fatter and riper but with less concentration and focus. Even so, it is a tasty, forward wine meant for drinking over the next 3-4 years.

Transplanted Bostonians Bill Sweat and Donna Morris had the good sense to hire Robert Brittan (for more see Brittan Vineyards) to make their wines from one of the Willamette Valley’s finest terroirs. I inexplicably missed the Winderlea 2008s so they are included along with the superb 2009s." (WA)

Winery Notes:
Floral aromas of honeysuckle, hyacinth, apple and peach. Rich pear and slight honey tones with bright acidity on the palate ending with a full and lush finish. Drink now and should cellar well for 5 years. 349 cases produced
