Winery Notes:
The Sleepy Hollow Vineyard is situated on 585 acres of benchland in the Santa Lucia Highlands, 13 miles south of Monterey. The well-drained vineyard features sparse soil comprised of sand, gravel, and granite, which reduces yields and creates rich, concentrated flavors in the grapes. With morning sunlight from its east-northeast exposure, the vineyard lives much of the time in the cool fog and wind from the Pacific Ocean. With a long, cool growing season, the grapes develop character, intensity, and depth of flavor for which the vineyard has become known.

Talbott Pinot Noir, Kali Hart has aromas of blueberry, cherry and plum, as well as floral notes and hints of spicy cinnamon and French oak. On the palate, this wine has sweet ripe flavors of cherry, blueberry and plum. The finish is long and rich, with subtle vanilla from the French oak. In keeping with the Kali Hart style, this wine is bright, soft and fruit-driven.
