"Sleek and silky, with pretty blackberry and floral flavors that linger on the ripe finish. Drink now through 2014. 2,500 cases made." (WS)

"The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits pleasing aromas of herbs, spices, violets, and cassis. In the glass it opens to reveal a firm structure, ripe flavors, and moderate length. It is a good value meant for drinking over the next 6 years." (WA)

Winery Notes:
Cherry, plum, cranberry and spicy oak flavors embedded in a velvety, lush texture. Vibrant structure and ripe, integrated tannins. Hints of mint and licorice that linger through the long, fruit-filled finish. This ’09 will augment any dish or meat that calls for a concentrated, richly-textured red wine.
