Winery Notes:
The career of acclaimed winemaker, Tony Rynders, has provided him with a world of experience. From Mirassou to a UC Davis Masters Degree in Viticulture & Enology. From harvests in Friuli and Montalcino to Australia. From Argyle in Oregon to Hogue Cellars in Washington and finally to 10 years at the helm of Domaine Serene. Finally at home with his own brand, Tony crafts full-bodied, lush and layered Pinot Noir under his Tendril Wine Cellars label. The 2008 Pinot Noir utilizes fruit from all six Willamette Valley sub-AVAs and is very much in the style of a silkier Domaine Serene. Though quantity is limited we are delighted and honored to offer this gorgeous wine!

The nose displays a wide variety of aromas including black cherry, raspberry, cranberry, caramel, slight smoke, fresh tobacco, and slight mint. The mouth is full and vibrant, layered with flavors of blackberry, currant, cola, dried orange peel, clove and vanilla with tannins becoming supple and well integrated in this seamless wine.
