Winery Notes:
Hand-selected from Windrow, McClellan Estate and Minnick Vineyards, three hillside sites in the Walla Walla Valley appellation. Harvest conditions were dry and slightly cool. Deep purple- magenta color with an assertive scent of passion fruit, tangerine, blueberry pie and hints of pungent floral and sweet spice. Medium weight, round body with fine tannin. Ripe tropical and blueberry with a slightly drying, hint of pepper finish. Barrel aged in fine Hungarian Oak to accentuate aromatics and complement the silky mouth feel of the wine. I predict 3-4 years of enjoyable cellar life. CASEY MCCLELLAN / WINEMAKER–OWNER
