"Firm and complex, featuring spicy wild berry, blueberry and raspberry fruit that's full-bodied and intense, focused and balanced. This ends with pure fruit and a touch of mineral. Drink now through 2015. 14,672 cases made." (WS)

"Very fresh extract of red berry fruit aromas complements rich, suave and round flavors that possess a hint of cola on the moderately edgy finish that displays no asperity and almost no tanginess. This should round into form with 3 to 5 years of cellar time." (BH)

Winery Notes:
The 2008 Estate Pinot Noir is a fine example of clonal diversity coming together in one wine. This wine is youthful and approachable, with a soft acidity and a juicy mid-palate with seemless transition. The focus is decidedly Burgundian, with flavors of cherry and raspberry.

Paraiso's flagship varietal, from some of the oldest plantings in the Highlands - wonderful Burgundian character: rich cherry and plum flavors with hints of spice, smoke, and toasty oak. All wrapped by structuring tannins and acidity. Amazingly food-versatile: salmon, roast chicken, beef tenderloin, you name it..
