"Has a green edge to the dark berry and chocolate flavors, coming together nicely as the supple finish rolls. Drink now. 1,800 cases made." (WS)

"From one of Australia’s more obscure GIs, the 2008 Little Flinders is a blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in oak for 18 months. Purple in color, this full-bodied wine has an excellent nose of spice box, violets, black cherry, and blueberry. Dense and surprisingly rich for its modest price, it is not complicated but offers plenty of enjoyment. Drink this excellent value over the next 6 years. " (WA)

"($18) Bright ruby. A complex bouquet displays scents of raspberry, kirsch, blood orange and dried flowers. Juicy and incisive, offering lively red and dark berry flavors and good spicy cut. The blood orange note repeats on the finish, which is very precise and quite persistent." (IWC)

"Very berry, with sour candy scents and cooked red fruit flavors floating over a base of seasoned leather. Juicy, medium finish. Drink up. — J.R. (8/1/2010) — 87" (WE)
