Winery Notes:
58% Shiraz, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Deep, dark purple in color. The wine features prominent aromas of plum, mulberry, blueberry, and raspberry jam on a background of seasoned characters of cocoa, pepper, honey, a touch of mint, and toasted oak. A well balanced, medium-to-full bodied wine with a long, pleasant and concentrated fruit finish.

Winemaking: The wine underwent 10-14 days of fermentation on skins at 28°C/82°F, 100% malolactic fermentation, and 10 months of aging in American oak barrels.

Tasting Note: Shades of blueberry jam and ripe raspberry with spicy characters of cloves, nutmeg and oak, plus a slight touch of mint; medium-to-full-bodied and well balanced; long finish.

Serving Suggestions: Best served as a companion to richly flavored dishes like grilled meat, juicy chorizo or leg of lamb, or even complements rich lasagna.
