"A pretty red, delicate and laced with strawberry, cherry and earth flavors. Though subtle, the finish lingers with a mix of earth and tobacco details. Drink now through 2018. 1,480 cases imported. –BS " (WS)

"I admit to having consumed a couple of bottles of the 2014 Chianti Classico Pèppoli after work during my two-week stay in Tuscany. This is one of those "why not?" no-brainer Tuscan reds that pairs with basically everything you see on the menu and does a great job of keeping your palate refreshed. If you need a wine that will not be the protagonist against the food you eat, this is your bottle. The 2014 vintage is full of wild berry, pressed rose and light herbal back notes.

This is an excellent set of wines from Marchesi Antinori and the talented winemaking team based in Tuscany. I am particularly impressed by the two top wines - Tignanello and Solaia - from the 2013 vintage. Compared to 2011 and 2012, both these wines show a superior sense of harmony and intensity." (WA)

"Simple and fruity with light strawberry and cherry aromas and flavors. Clean finish. Drink now." (JS)

"Aromas of red berry, clove and star anise emerge on this lively, light-bodied red. The easygoing palate offers tart cherry, white pepper and an orange peel note alongside lithe tannins and bright acidity." (WE)

Winery Notes:
Intense red fruit aromas, especially redcurrants and raspberries, are amplified by light hints of vanilla and coffee sensations. This full-bodied wine is pleasantly lingering with soft, sweet tannins. It should be drunk while still young for full expression of the fruit.
