"Delivers a pleasant offering of zesty raspberry, cherry and blueberry notes, turning supple and gaining depth and length. Drink now. 1,695 cases made. –JL" (WS)

"The 2013 Pinot Noir Quail Hill Vineyard is extremely oaky, sweet and at times alcoholic, all qualities that blur the potential of the raw materials here. Cola, sweet red cherry and spice notes are front and center, but something is missing in the wine's overall balance." (VM)

"Shy in the glass, this wine needs more time in bottle to unravel its complexities of rose petal and cardamom, flanked by crisp red cherry and raspberry. Tangy acidity is the star and backbone of the lovely, structured wine, which is delightful now, but worth cellaring through 2023." (WE)

Winery Notes:
All 14 of our Pinot Noir clones were selected to craft this signature Estate blend, which represents the complexity of the site and the pure, elegant expression of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. A deep crimson hue in the glass, aromas of wild berry, cream soda, plum and white pepper emerge. A textured mid-palate is highlighted by wild berry, cinnamon and tobacco, while hints of black tea and Rainier cherry make way for a long finish with supple tannins. Enjoy upon release or cellar through 2020.
